The skirt is made with a special fabric in which little pockets are woven into the cotton fabric. Inside the little pockets, the weaver has placed one silver sequin to create a subtle shimmer. This technique is unique to handloom. This see-thru skirt, has a pair of silk shorts underneath and playful pom poms along the long side slits.
