Customization

Customize your scarf or handloom fabric:

1. Our minimum order for customization of a scarf style would be 24 scarves per color, per style. For fabric, the minimum is 50 yards.
2. We are able to customize to any Pantone color.
3. Additional elements like stripes/prints/embroideries can also be customized.
4. All special orders have a 10% surcharge for the first order which is waived for all subsequent orders.
5. -Please note we are not able to provide a strike-off or single piece.
6. Customer pays for shipping from our Oakland, CA warehouse
7. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when order is placed and balance payment is due when your order is ready to ship
8. Lead time is 10 weeks from the date the deposit is arranged to the date the fabric ships from India.  Allow one week for the fabric to reach us in California
9. Lead time during Monsoon season (June-September) is 12 weeks from the date the deposit is arranged to the date the fabric ships from India.  Allow one week for the fabric to reach us in California
10. Payment can be arranged by using the secure Intuit payment system, or by check, Mastercard, American Express or Visa
